“I’ve always been nervous about visiting the dentist. I was recommended by my partner to visit Zena at Oasis in Mermaid Quay. As soon as I walked into the surgery Zena was very friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. During my initial check up she advised me that I needed treatment. She thoroughly explained everything to me and reassured me that I was in control. I decided to have the treatment done that day. I was extremely anxious about the injection, I don’t know what technique she used but after using the cream I barely felt a scratch and it was over much quicker than I thought! Zena was calm and reassured me throughout the injection. During treatment Zena encouraged me to stop if I needed a break or if I felt uncomfortable at any point. I didn’t.”
